We follow Danish law

The agreements are concluded in Danish.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via www.shop12volt.dk.Businesses do not have the right of withdrawal.


Payment and delivery

We accept payment with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit card, MobilePay, Visa, Visa debet and bank transfer.

If you use an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved in your bank account immediately. In case of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be canceled/released after 1-2 business days.However, some banks may take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation.

The amount will only be deducted when the item is shipped.

If you have ordered several items and one of the items is backordered, we will only deduct the payment for this item when the item is shipped.

Prices are listed in danish kroner.Shipping costs must be added to the price. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.A payment fee may apply, depending on the chosen payment method.

We strive to ship your order within 5 days of your purchase.

We deliver the goods with Postnord, GLS or you can pick them up.
We deliver to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Norway, Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Denmark,the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel an agreement without giving reasons within 14 days

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period starts when you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You withdraw by notifying us that you withdraw.For example, you can send a letter or e-mail stating that you wish to cancel to Shop12volt ApS, Sejlerkajen 5, 5400 Bogense, 25625050, info@shop12volt.dk.

You can use the standard statutory cancellation form , but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal form can be found at the end of the order confirmation.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return of goods and return costs

If you have canceled the purchase of a product, you must send or deliver the product to Sejlerkajen 5, 5400 Bogense without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days.

Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

You must pay for the return of the goods yourself.

Refund in case of withdrawal

When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Testing the goods and packaging

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may in a shop, but you may not use them. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from the amount you should get back.If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You must return the item in its original packaging.
You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number

Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item

If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - for example, a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 24-month warranty, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be timely. Get more information on our RMA page.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.


Privacy policy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission

Information about complaints

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of the Boards, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for the House of the Boards. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

In order to complain, it is generally a prerequisite that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change.You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
